On Thursday, 13th February 2025. The Nigerian Student Legislative Council Enugu State Chapter under the leadership of Rt Hon Makata Chukwudi paid a visit to the Enugu State House of Assembly, alongside with him are his Distinguished colleagues the SUG Senate President of ESUT Dist. Senator Ezema Chukwuemeka who is also the Vice Chairman of Nigerian Student Legislative Council Enugu State Chapter, Rt Hon Smart Nkemakonam the Student Secretary General of Nigerian Student Legislative Council Enugu State Chapter, Rt Comr Chiagozie M Ezenwaji the SUG President of ESUT and Enugu State COSPEN and other Distinguished colleagues from different institutions.
At the plenary Sitting, the Speaker of Enugu State House of Assembly, Rt Hon Uche Ugwu Callistus welcomed the Nigerian Student Legislative Council and did praised the NSLC Enugu State Chapter for a job well done in different institutions across the state and also thanked the Chairman of NSLC Enugu State Chapter, Rt Hon Makata Chukwudi for having this ideology to bring his colleagues to observe the plenary sitting of the State House of Assembly and promised that the Enugu State House of Assembly is always open to welcome the Nigerian Student Legislative Council Enugu State Chapter whenever they feel like visiting and also they are ever ready to give their support to NSLC when called on for support.
Hon Makata Chukwudi the Chairman of NSLC at the plenary sitting gave thanks to the Enugu State Speaker for always been a leader to the state and a role model as he is ought to be to the rest of his legislators in the house and also for always supporting the Governor of the State and also for always standing on a good motion that will always favour the whole citizens of Enugu State, he also gave thanks to the rest members of the Enugu State House of Assembly Rt Hon Chima Obieze, Hon Johnson Ani and other members of the Enugu State House of Assembly for opening arms to welcome the Nigerian Student Legislative Council Enugu State Chapter.
